On April 25, the 15th National Tribology Conference and National Youth Tribology Academic Conference were held in Lanzhou. The conference was hosted by the Tribology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, co-organized by the State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Gansu Chemical Society, Gansu Materials Society and Gansu Society of Analytical Testing Technology and Instrument and cooperated by 37 units including the State Key Laboratory of Tribology, Tsinghua University. The conference focuses on the theme of "Tribology and Manufacturing Power", with 9 academic sub venues and 2 special forums. A total of 880 exchange reports, including keynote speeches, invitation speeches, oral presentations, and posters, were arranged. More than 2000 scientific and technological workers, enterprise representatives, and students from higher education institutions, research institutes, and the business community in the field of tribology attended the conference and enjoyed an academic feast.
