From October 17-20, 2013, Universal attended the Third China International General Aviation Convention with Air Total (France) and Huaihai Energy. This is the first time Universal took part in the international aviation convention as domestic aviation fuel supplier.

China International General Aviation Convention (CIGAC) is an international convention approved by the State Council. Enterprises from 18 countries, including China, the US and Canada attended CIGAC 2013, with 508 enterprises, more than 1,200 guests and over 300,000 visitors. The signing programs have reached 46, with total signing value of 22.91 billion, increased by 115.52% compared to the last convention.

In CIGAC 2013, Universal conducted in-depth discussion and negotiation with Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC), Lycoming Engines and Rotax, etc., and reached preliminary agreements. According to Zhang Zongke, Deputy Secretary General of Shaanxi Government, the market shares of China general aviation will increase by more than 15%, with the industry scale over a trillion RMB. The in-depth cooperation of Universal and Total will provide strong support for the China aviation industry.
