From November 29th to 30th, 2018, the CFR product after-sales training seminar hosted by Universal Technology was held in Hangzhou. After the successful conclusion of the CFR product after-sales training seminars held in Zhuhai and Dushanzi, this is the third stop of the CFR 2018 promotion conference.

With more than 20 years of accumulated reputation in the market, CFR attracted participants from Zhejiang Provincial Quality Inspection Institute, Jiangsu Provincial Quality Inspection Institute, Luoyang Technology Development Center of Sinopec Refining and Chemical Engineering Company, CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical, Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and other units to participate in this conference.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zheng Bo, the manager of the oil department, gave a speech before the meeting, introducing the guests and personnel from Universal Company, and thanking Zhejiang Quality Inspection Institute for the assistance provided.

Mr. Han Haiying, the Universal sales engineer, introduced the development history of Universal Company, the products, and manufacturers of Universal Agents.

Then, the product report officially kicked off. Firstly, Mr. Ye Yang, the Universal after-sales engineer, introduced the definition of gasoline octane number and the principle of combustion and detonation. Emphasis was placed on introducing the operation of four stroke cylinders and their related cylinder structures, crankcase structures, valve timing principles and structures, igniter principles and structures, and carburetor principles and structures. Finally, the various parameter menus of XCP software were introduced, as well as how to test samples and display data in the testing menu.

Next, Mr. Li Hong, the CFR expert from Universal Technology, focused on explaining the octane and hexadecane rating products in detail.

In the morning, we mainly introduced the history of octane rating machines, explained the difficulties and key points in octane rating testing methods, including the widening setting of simulation tables, the differences and connections between A and positive standards, and so on. A comparative analysis was conducted between the old model and the new model XCP. And answer various questions raised by customers on site.

In the afternoon, we mainly explained the history, principle, and structure of the hexadecane number machine. Explained the selection of reference fuel, elements and precautions for handwheel readings, handwheel maintenance, and nozzle calibration. Then, the analysis accuracy of hexadecane number was discussed and analyzed from a theoretical perspective and compared with the analysis accuracy of octane number. Finally, answer the questions raised by the customers on site.

Ms. Tu Jiong, the product engineer, introduced the history, product composition, and applications of PCS Company. The focus was on introducing PCS company's aviation coal lubricity tester ABS, diesel lubricity tester HFRR, and the latest temperature and humidity control box. The temperature and humidity control box can meet the requirements of the latest ISO 12156-1 method for temperature and humidity control in October this year, and the update of ASTM D6079-18 method was also introduced.

In the final stage, the customer representative shared their years of experience using CFR and introduced how to maintain the instrument in daily life. Good maintenance, coupled with the excellent quality of the product itself, ensures that it can still function well after many years of use.

After the meeting, everyone visited the octane and hexadecane rating machines currently used by the Zhejiang Quality Inspection Institute. Mr. Li Hong, the CFR expert, explained the construction, performance, and operating precautions of the instrument on site, and answered the questions raised by customers one by one.
